Any happy fishy stories from over the weekend?

Anyone have anything fun to share?

I had a great piece of grouper on Sunday at a seaside restaurant....;) Ok...I suppose that is not really a happy fishy story. (Well, let me clarify...it was happy for me but probably not the fishy.)

My snailie eggs hatched last night! I've been collecting my clutches for my blues and purples and hoping that they hatch out all right. My last clutch took so long to hatch that by the time I helped them along, I don't think most of the eggs were viable. This time, I have two clutches that are hatching within 10-12 days of being laid. The babies being born have more color too. Yay for finding liquid calcium for these guys!

I'm contemplating rescuing another betta boy. I have a 10g grow out tank for my snails and 3 baby BNs. It's bare bottomed and gets about 75% water changes 3 times a week (for the benefit of the babies.) It's cycled (due to the filter media) and seems like it might be a good place to offer a home to another boy. Decisions, decisions, decisions...
